When scaffolding isn’t practical – due to access restrictions, short-duration jobs, or cost – we offer cherry picker access to reach roof areas safely and efficiently.

Safe Access for Delicate & Hard‑to‑Reach Heritage Roofs
Our cherry picker allows us to inspect and repair high or sensitive areas without scaffolding, reducing disruption to historic buildings and ensuring safe, efficient access for conservation work.

Ideal for inspections, minor repairs, and emergency call-outs, our mobile access equipment allows us to work quickly with minimal disruption to your property.

Cherry picker access is particularly useful for:

Commercial buildings with limited ground space or high foot traffic
Flats and apartment blocks where scaffolding would obstruct shared entrances or communal areas
Tight residential sites where scaffolding isn’t feasible or cost-effective

An excellent service. I contacted Telfer Roofing on a weekend to remove a roof slate which had been dislodged and was lying in the gutter. Peter attended my property later the same afternoon and removed the slate from the gutter.
